Timely correspondence regarding the prosecution and maintenance of your registered and granted IP rights goes without saying, but we do have specific response times that we aim to work to in order to provide a quality service. 

To give you maximum consideration time for responding to official communications, we operate a system of promptly sending out brief reporting letters. This can be automatically followed up by a careful review and a full report within a reasonable subsequent timescale if required, or we can wait for your instructions to review a communication.  We find that this approach provides a good timescale for our clients with heavy workloads to plan ahead effectively. 

We aim to provide same-day acknowledgement of instructions and speedy answers to simple enquiries.  If a non-urgent matter should require a little more consideration, we aim to respond to you within a sensible time period.  In a nutshell, we can work and communicate with you in the way which is most convenient for you.
