Protecting your Unique Selling Points

Your Unique Selling Points (USPs) are so important to your business, since they are the reason that customers choose you as opposed to your competitors.

You may already be clear about your main USPs.  These may relate to the way you deliver your service, the way you run your business, your staff, or your product(s).  Your USPs should be (1) clearly communicated to your customers and potential customers and (2) unmistakably associated with your business, product or service to leave a lasting impression.

A strong trade mark can be fundamental to ensuring that the second part of this process is successful and protecting that trade mark from abuse by competitors and other businesses is vital.  This is where Unregistered and Registered Trade Marks may play an important part in your business.
